I arrived for a two system ac pm and a blue club membership. I inspected both indoor systems and found the main systems filter to be completely stopped up with heavy debris from construction. I recommend to replace the filter every week or two to prevent the system and the duct work from getting dirty from construction dust. I also found the back bedroom system to have the instruction manual from the tankless water heat to he packed between the evaporator coil and the flue. This was melting the plastic and burning the paper on the manuals. This is a fire hazard and the flue needs a 1†clearances from all combustible items at all times year around. I also recommend to replace the filters on this system every two to one week.
