I arrived for a blue member fall maintenance. I spoke with the homeowner and we discussed how the air in the back rooms are doing from the last service where I adjusted the dampers to gain more air flow. I found that the rooms are a more comfortable for the homeowners and they have no complaints on the temperature difference from room to room. I then inspected the furnace and evaporator and found the evaporator coil to be clean and the gas pressures on the furnace to be in normal range. I found the amp draws on all electrical components to be normal. Overall this system is running properly at this time.
