Ray F 8/5/22 Arrived to a blue club member ac tune up and the customer greeted me at the front door. I introduced myself and asked how his air conditioner has been working this season. He informed me that the system was working good and showed me where the equipment was located. We replaced (2) 14x25x1 pleated air filters and turned the thermostat down. Inspected the furnace and evaporator in the attic. Found the blower motor, wheel and housing clean and the wheel is balanced. Blower motor amps are normal. Return and supply temperature differential of 21 degrees. Evaporator coil is clean. Wiring in good condition. Ductwork strapped and in good condition. Attic insulation is sufficient. Inspected condenser and found the refrigerant levels normal. Contactor, wiring and disconnect in good condition. Compressor and condenser fan motor amps are ok. Capacitor is within manufacturer specifications. Cleaned condenser coils. System is cooling properly at this time. Thank you for
