I arrived for a non member special tune up. I spoke with the homeowner and found no main issue with the systems performance. I first inspected the indoor system and found the evaporator coil and blower motor to have biological growth on the surface of both components. I then inspected the the outdoor system and found all electrical components to be working properly. I cleaned the heat pump and reassemble the indoor and outdoor system and rechecked all components. I suggest to clean the system out and install a UV light to clean and help prevent the system from buildup in the future. We also decide to sign up on a blue monthly club plan at this time.
