Silver club dual air handler and heat pump systems upstairs and downstairs in home. Spoke with customer about having hot water tank flushed today with tune up and they declined at this time. Asked how systems worked through recent snow storm and they did well. Customer mentioned they know filters are due to be changed and they will get fresh filters in tomorrow. Customer also mentioned they have had an ongoing issue of getting water in the downstairs ducts, and they just pump it out for the time being. Checked all capacitors, blowers sequencers and evaporator coils. Checked drain lines float switches and cabinet insulation quality. Both systems would do well to have pan treatments installed. Tested contactors and capacitors outside in heat pumps. Cycled systems on and checked electrical, refrigerant charge, reversing valves, defrost timers, and thermostat settings from heating to emergency heat modes.
