Performed preventative maintenance on 4 systems. 3 systems are Carrier split systems and the other system is an LG mini split. I did a thorough inspection inspection of the split system equipment. I inspected the blower assemblies, electrical components, wiring, evaporator coils, drains, ducting, and overall condition of equipment. Customer said the system suppling the game room and master bedroom still doesn’t reach desired temperature like they would like it to. The added an additional attic fan and insulation as well. System is a tad undersized for the spaces it is supplying. Customer is aware the system is undersized and just wanted to make sure it was operating properly. I washed condenser coils thoroughly. I checked and tested thermostat operation, capacitors, contactors, compressors, fan motors, amps, temperatures and pressures of condensers.
