Arrived to service call on minisplit performed evaluation. Found condenser coil extremely dirty and inside unit frozen solid. Suggested tune up to customer. Customer had tune up performed. Cleaned filters and condenser coil. There is some ice on back of inside unit that cannot be reached and only time will thaw this area. Collected service fee and tuneup. Informed customer to let unit thaw and run system after unit thaws. Customer going to let thaw out over night and turn on system in morning. If unit doesn’t work correctly customer will have us come back out.
