I arrived for a gold member fall tune up. I spoke with the homeowners and found that the storm may have damaged the condenser. I inspected the furnace in the attic and checked all electrical components and all duct work. I forgot the return plenty to be undersized for this gas furnace. This is causing stress on the furnace and cause it to have a high temperature rise through the furnace. All electrical components are running properly at this time. We then inspected the condenser and found it to be in fair condition. The storm did not damage the condenser beyond it’s normal use or age. I recommended to have the system replaced due to age.
