I arrived and located the apartment. I spoke with the homeowner and we had a language barrier. He brought me into the apartment and showed me the outlets and that he had some sparking and wanted others moved. He also showed me the stove and thermostat and said notify worked. I checked the voltage at the air handler and found it to be 112V and it’s a 230V air handler. I gave him the number to Mr electric and wished him the best of luck. I did not charge the customer for this trip. He needs a electrician.
