02AUG2022 Jason B Arrived for golf member noise call. Spoke with homeowner about the noise. Condenser fan is making an awful noise we turned the system off. Inspected AC. Cycled system. Checked fan amps. Spoke with customer further it’s not making the noise now, but it was. Offered to go ahead and replace it. Tried a 1/6 hp motor, but that was too big. Reinstalled original motor. Will call carrier in the morning for replacement availability. Jake Kring. Aug 5 22. I arrived for a gold member motor replacement after our previous technician found that the bearings in the motor are failing. I replaced the motor for the homeowner and cycled the system on and found the new motor to be running correctly but the condenser fan blade is unbalanced and causing the system to have a wobble to the condenser. The top of the condenser is getting weak and not holding up well with time. This system is running properly at this time.
