Jake Kring. Aug 06 22. I arrived for a co cool warranty call. I inspected the system and found the secondary drain pan to be full of water agin. I emptied the water to get the system running. The homeowners have a surprise birthday party I was trying to get them cooling as fast as possible. I vacuumed the water out of the secondary drain pan and got the system running. I blew nitrogen through the system and felt no resistance in the drain line. I suspect that the system is condensating somewhere. I was not able to pin point it. I left with the system running knowing I may have to come back and spend more time to isolate the problem. I did not charge for this service today. If this happens agin please call us and we will come back to isolate the issue.
