Kianoosh and Jeremiah showed up on time at my house and were amazing. They were so respectful and thorough in the way they did things. When they determined the original duct cleaning plan would not suit my needs, we collaborated on better ideas. They explained everything and made sure I was good with the plans. Once they finished they called and texted me to make sure everything was back in place correctly. Really good communication and follow up throughout the process. I am thoroughly impressed with Interstate Heating & Air on all levels.
