Silver club summer AC tune up. Checked filter and it was recently changed. Checked thermostat and batteries need to be changed, customer supplied batteries. Asked how home is cooling and it has been doing great. Washed condenser, checked contactor and dual capacitor. Checked blower, evap coil, drain line, float switch and plenums. Return plenum has some construction dust, possibly from tile work. Recommend having air ducts cleaned at some point. Cycled system on and checked amps, volts and refrigerant charge. Checked inside and outside delta temps and AC system is running great!
