I arrived for. Blue member no heat call. I first inspect the system and found that the down button on the thermostat was shorted to lower the temp at all times. I recommended to repair the thermostat. The homeowners decided to replace the thermostat. I installed the thermostat and we couldn’t not get the thermostat to program to the homeowners phone. We decide to set it up as a normal operation thermostat. I cycle the system on and walked the homeowner through the new thermostat.
