I arrived to inspect a complete system replacement. I inspected the indoor and outdoor system and found the system to be a 46,000 btu condenser and a upflow 100,000 btu gas furnace. The home is a 1838 sq ft. I bid to replace a upflow 70,000 btu gas furnace and a 48,000 btu 16.5 seer condenser. We will replace the disconnect on the outdoor system and replace all exposed armaflex that insulate the refrigerant lines indoor and outdoor. We will also put the outdoor system on riser legs to help keep the system clean and up to code per local and state codes. We will install the indoor system with new gas piping and a new power supply. Our system will be inspected by a licensed state inspector to assure you the homeowner that the system we installed will be up to local and state codes.
