Ray F 8/5/22 Arrived to a new customer no cool service call and the customer greeted me at the front door. I introduced myself and asked what ac issues he was having. He stated his thermostat is blank and it’s very warm in the home. He showed me where the equipment was located and I entered the attic through an access in his bedroom closet. Found the emergency float switch tripped, but no water in the drain pan. The condensate drain line is clogged. Informed Derrick of my findings and he authorized the repair. I cut and cleared the pvc drain line and coupled back together. System came on and I inspected the system. Found the evaporator coil clean. Blower motor is also clean and the capacitor is within tolerance. Inspected the condenser and found the compressor shut down on thermal overload. I cooled the compressor with water hose and cleaned the condenser coils. After the compressor was cooled, the system started back up and I checked operations. Refrigerant levels are
