Aug 08 2022. Jake Kring. I arrived for a new customer no cool call. I spoke with the tenant and found there was at least two other people/company’s out to diagnose and see what was wrong with the system. We found that someone took refrigerant out and another company put in refrigerant. We inspected the system and found the evaporator coil to be clean and in fair condition. We inspected the cod and found it to be running well but it’s a little low of refrigerant. The system was running at 6 deg sun and calls for 11. We contacted the homeowner and explained our findings and recommended to preform a leak search to see if the system is leaking due to the reports we received from the tenant and their work order said. The homeowner just wanted to get the system running properly at this time. We added 8 OZ of refrigerant and set the system subcooling at 12 deg. This system is running properly at this time.
