21JUN2022 Jason B Arrived for two system tune up. Spoke with owner about maintenance plans. We decided to sign up for two blue club plans. Set up ladder and inspected both systems. Two package units being filtered inside by 4 20x20 filters. In the future we may be interested in adding more ductwork to the kitchen area, and move registers in dining area away from windows. Inspected both systems found them to be in good condition. Coils, and blowers clean. However do to the location of the electrical disconnects parts of both systems are blocked from access.
