Came out to call for a system not cooling properly. Customer stated that the home doesn’t keep cool during the heat of the day. It’s their mothers home and they are moving, and noticed that it was reading 84 in the home one day and the temperature wouldn’t drop. I checked system over and found the condenser unit needing to be cleaned, and also the system a little undercharged.let customer know what I found and what needs to be done. They are selling the home and just need it running properly. I washed the condenser coil thoroughly. Rechecked system operation, amps, temperatures and pressures of condenser. Added 1lb of 410a to the system to get it back to proper superheat level of 8 degrees according to my temperature chart. Unit is older, but is operating properly at this time.
