Ray F 8/10/22 Arrived to a blue club member no cool service call and the customer met me at the front door. I introduced myself and asked what ac issues he was experiencing. He informed me that the air conditioner stopped working last evening and showed me where the equipment was located. We inspected the air conditioner and found the fan motor spinning, but compressor not working. Found the 45/5 dual run capacitor to be reading 13.3/5.2. Informed customer and quoted pricing for warranty run capacitor. He authorized the repair and sign up for a blue club membership. Installed a new capacitor and checked system performance. Refrigerant levels are normal. Contactor, wiring and disconnect in good condition. Compressor and condenser fan motor amps are normal. Entered attic and inspect system. Ductwork is strapped and in good condition. Attic insulation is sufficient. Return and supply temps ok. System is working properly at this time. Thank you for your business.
