I arrived for a club membership fall tune up on three furnaces. I first spoke with the homeowner and the first issue was they had a water leak by the furnace in the garage. I helped the homeowner trace the leak down and found that the water filter was leaking. I helped the homeowner remove and clean the filter and help him clean the set up and reinstall the filter. We let the system set while I addressed the furnace tune ups. I inspected all furnaces and found all electrical components to be running properly and within manufacture specifications. I cleaned all flame sensors and adjusted all gas valves. The filters were recently replaced so I left the filter replacements with the homeowner for the, to replace at a later time. We rechecked the water filter again and found it to not be leaking.
