Arrived to preform a silver club maintenance on a 2019 model Goodman furnace. I was greeted by the customers at the door and was shown the thermostat and also taken to the garage and shown the furnace that was located in a mechanical closet. While preforming the silver club maintenance I checked all aspects of the furnace. Pulled and cleaned the flame sensor, checked igniter for proper ohms and operation. Checked blower motor for proper amps and operation, checked inducer motor for amps and operation, checked all safeties, pressure switch, evaporator coil for cleanliness, heat exchanger for failures. Overall system is working properly at this time with no repairs needed at this time. System does not have surge protection installed, I did talk to the customer about the benefits of having insurance installed.
