I arrived for a club member fall tune up. I spoke with the homeowner and found that the system has been working but has a high pitch noise after it’s running for a while. I inspected the system and checked the systems amps gas pressures and run cycles. I found that the induced draft motor is running at 0.49/0.57 amps and the motor is raited to run no more than 0.40 amps. It starts to make noise when the system cycles into high stage heating. I recommended to replace the OEM induced draft motor before the motor completely quits. The homeowner agreed to replace the motor at this time. I picked up the motor and replaced the motor at this time. I also replaced the filters with some filters the homeowner provided.
