Found ductwork on main system to be lacking, totaling to 1100 cfm on a 4 ton found blower motor to be over amping at 12/11.5A this is a 5ton furnace. 4 ton systems are designed to move 1600 CFM of air (cubic feet per minute.) Your current setup is a 3.5 ton AC with a 4ton coil on a 5 ton furnace. This is fine, however you’re furnaces blower motor is set to High on cooling, high stage is 2000 cfm. Your ductwork supports 1100 cfm. Just under a 3 ton systems required airflow. By increasing your ductwork and dropping your blower speed we can increase the life of your s
