Duct cleaning inspection, customer had an air duct come loose from the plenum and a booster fan go out. The repairs were done, but insulation got pulled into the ductwork. Customer just needs ducts cleaned today. Will give Military Appreciation discount for their service. Customer already removed supplies. Inspected ductwork in attic and spoke with customer about adding extra plenum to the supply to get optimal static pressure. This in turn helps distribute air more evenly throughout the home. Duct cleaned 11 supplies and 2 returns with 2 to 6 passes each. Sprayed in hospital grade disinfectant spray and left fan to cycle for 15 minutes to help cover the entire duct runs. Went over filtration tips and recommended having supply boots sealed to keep attic insulation from getting pulled in through the cracks.
