I arrived for a on member no cool call. I spoke with the owner and found that the system will run after they shut it off for a long period of time and after a while the outdoor motor stops spinning but the system still makes noise. I inspected the system and found the condenser fan motor to be running at 1.4 amps and the motor is not to run more than 1.1 amps. I checked warranty on the system and found that it is still in warranty. I called the manufacture and they did not have a motor replacement at this time. I installed a temporary motor to keep the customer working unit we get the motor in for replacement. Jake k Jake K. I arrived and replace the temporary motor with the OEM motor from the manufacture to claim the repair under warranty cost. I replaced the motor and checked all amps and electrical compressor in the condenser and found no issues with this system at this time. I recommend to keep the system clean and maintenanced at least twice a year to heal prevent repairs like t
