Arrived on 8 March for a Blue Shield furnace tuneup. Dusted System out the system was very dirty inside of burner compartment. Removed cleaned and reinstalled flame sensor after installation it was running at 3.1 DC microamps. Removed and measured blower capacitor it was rated at 12.5 µF and running at 9.9 µF it is below a plus or -5% deviation and recommend replace capacitor. Tested hot surface igniter if it was within manufacture specifications. Measured amp draw on a induced draft motor it was rated at 1.9 A and was running at 1.9 A. Checked blower wheel it is dirty recommend cleaning blower wheel at it at earliest convenience to prolong the life of the blower motor. Change filter in the home. Measure gas pressure coming out of the gas valve was running at 3.5 inches of water column. Inspected heat exchanger and flu pipe no de formations were found. Measure temperature rise manufacture specifications states between 25 and 55° it was running right at 55°. Minus the blower capacit
