I arrived for a silver membership fall tune up. I inspected the indoor system and found the system to be double filtered at the furnace and in the filter grills. I removed the filters in the returns grills and we decided to only put 1 filter in the air handler. I also found the the blower motor to have a medium amount of debris and dust on the wheel. I recommended to clean the wheel to maintain better air flow. We agreed to clean the wheelchair at this time. I pulled the blower housing out of the air handler and cleaned the wheel. I found the heat strips to have some burnt debris on the elements so o dusted the heat strips. I then but the housing back in place and checked the system in heat pump and electric heat. There was a slight burning smell from dusting the elements with wipes. Overall this system is running properly at this time.
