I arrived for a silver member ac pm. The homeowner did not want us in the house due to covid-19 issue at this time. I was not able to inspected the indoor system due to this. I gave the homeowner a free filters so I knew that the filters were clean and the indoor system was getting the best air flow with out me inspecting the indoor system. I inspected the condenser and found vines and other debris clogging up the condenser. I removed all heavy debris from the condenser coil and cleaned the coils free of all other debris. I found ants in and around the condenser. I made the homeowner aware of this and I recommend to have some ant killer put around condenser and house to help prevent a breakdown in the future.
