I arrived for a non membership no cool call. I first spoke with the tenets and found the main issue to be the outdoor system is tripping the breaker. I checked the condenser and found the the compressor to be I internally shorted. I inspect the indoor system location in the attic and found the duct to be in poor condition due to animals tearing up the insulation and duct. I contacted the homeowners and we talked about replacement of the system with a unit that they have in storage. I told the homeowner that that the cost to install a used system would be a time and material charge if they have a comparable system. We are to hear from the homeowners once they find out what size system they have in storage.
