Blue shield plan fall tune up for new system installed in 2020. Asked about filters, how home has been cooling and heating and air quality, customer has no bad issues. Changed filters included with the plan. Inspected flue, hot water tank, attic insulation, return ductwork, evaporator coil, drain line, burners and cleaned flame sensor, cycled system on and checked gas pressure, heat rise and amp draws. System is running great at this time! Talked about blown insulation and benefits. Attic is currently R11, left estimate to bring to R38 with military appreciation discount. Customer wants to schedule to have it installed.
