On June 17, 2021 arrive to a new customer nonmember upon arrival agreed in the customer and they stated that the outdoor unit wasn’t doing anything so I went to the thermostat turn the system on and check the blower make sure it was running again went to the outdoor unit and it wasn’t doing anything I checked for voltage head to 40 there I then opened up the service panel to check the capacitor pass it was a 35 Dash five and it read 35 Dash five I check the contactor and found that it was full of ants I tried to clean them out but it was completely full recommended replacing the contactor customer agreed once the contact was a store I checked the system make sure everything was working properly and I also gave a courtesy rinse on the condenser coil everything is working properly at this time thank you for your business Mike T
