Arrived to service call system is operational tested all capacitors and motor amp draw. Tested compressor amp draw. Refrigerant levels are in range. All components are operating as designed at this time. Condenser coil was pretty dirty and filters were matted up also. At some point I believe system had frozen up and then thawed out before arrival. At this I believe maintenance to be the issue. Spoke to customer about maintenance plan customer had forgot to rejoin club last year. Spoke with customer. Customer decided to join white shield protection plan. Performed first tune up today. Waived diagnostics since customer chose to join maintenance plan. System is cooling at this time.
