Arrived on 3 October for a hot water tank leaking found that the high pressure relief valve was leaking water. Isaac J- I vacuumed water out of the drain pan. Pan did not have to be replaced. I replaced the male pvc fitting, rubber gasket and ring. I made sure it was installed properly to keep water in the pan and drain properly through the emergency drain. I also redid part of the emergency drain and primary drain for the evaporator coil. Took the relief valve out and found it not seated properly. I was able to reseat it and reinstall it. Hot water tank is no longer leaking water. Reset hot water tank and made sure it was igniting.
