I arrived for a silver member fall tune up. I inspected the system and found the heat exchanger to have some heat stress on the cells. I checked the gas pressures and found the system to be running at 4.3 IWC. I lowered the gas pressures to 3.5 per manufacture specifications. I then checked the evaporator coil and found it to be clean and free of debris. I checked the blower motor and found it to be running under the manufacture specifications but the motor has a whining sound to the motor but is running normally other than the sound. This system has a two zone zone control on the system for upstairs and downstairs configurations to hold separate temperatures. I did find the transformer to have been replaced with a universal transformer and it was hanging by the wires and was laying in front of the control board with the unused leads laying out in the open. I properly mounted the transformer and capped the wiring on the leads that are not used. After I preformed the tune up I logged al
