fall heating maintenance for our HVAC Protection Pledge. Lennox split heat pump, two zone system. checked and tested all components for the heating and everything checks well at this time. no issues to be reported
downstairs Ruud split heat pump. at arrival, found that the outdoor unit was not running, due to the high pressure limit being tripped. reset and found that the unit was over charged and causing the high pressure. adjusted the charge accordingly and system is now running properly.
completed the two system fall maintenance today. two Goodman heat pump split systems, one for upstairs and one for downstairs. both systems checked great and no issues to report.
