returned and replaced a faulty damper motor that serves the downstairs. tested and damper is now working properly. also, while doing the repairs I noticed water dripping from the condensate drain line. inspected and found that the ptrap was never glued together, and was the reason for the water leaking out. to the ptrap apart and primered and glued the fittings. job complete
