installed rheem heatpump in kneewall
2nd floor Goodman split heat pump, 2 zones. tested system. at arrival and found that there is a restriction in the outdoor unit and a failing compressor. this is causing the system to freeze up and not cool properly. will submit for authorization of repairs. due to age and conditions all options should be explored
Coleman split AC. downstairs system. found system. low on refrigerant causing it to not cool as it should. performed an electronic leak search and found that the evaporator coil is leaking. the evaporator coil would have to be replaced in order for the system to cool properly. due to the age and conditions all options should be explored. submitted information to AHS for authorization of repairs

Preformed spring tune up on all three trane units
Performed spring maintenance on a carrier air conditioner
No heat service call for the customers downstairs Lennox gas furnace. Discussed maintenance options with the customer. Talked about a two system protection pledge plan.
Made a minor repair to the downstairs Lennox gas furnace. Reset a GFI switch. The system is now heating the two downstairs zones.
