Jack Lehr has serviced our heat pump for years as well as installed a new one when needed. We relied on their honest and reasonable service. Now we do not feel that way. This time they came out with long list of recommendations, they went in to our basement closet where our water heater is located even if we did not ask them to and recommended some service and repairs for it. we wonder if we can count on their recommendations anymore.
