The work was done inside the timeframe the tech quoted. The only negative is that the work did not pass inspection. The positive is how quickly the problem was corrected and passed the re-inspection. I am completely satisfied and would absolutely use Jack Lehr Electric again if I required electric repair.

I feel the labor of $269.00 is high for a job that took 1/2 hour; especially since the technician was already here for regularly scheduled service. I am also disappointed in TRANE as I have already have had several problems and the heat pump is only a little over 2 years old; so I am grateful to hear that you now sell other brands.
Somewhat Disappointing. I had an appointment on 5/24 which was canceled at the last minute on that day and it is discouraging to know that no other technician was available and I take a vacation day for servicing and my time off is valuable and limited. The person servicing the equipment on the rescheduled appointment of 6/8 was late although he did call to let me know, I was his first appointment. I appreciated that I had a Saturday appointment, but I feel your technicians need better training, I needed to know how to get the front cover off the thermostat guide to obtain the model # and he did not know how to do that and said that since it was Saturday, there was no one he could call to find out. He did not offer to find out the following week and come back. I feel your customer service is overall good, could be improved however. Thank you.
