Jack Lehr was so easy to work with when we decided to get a generator. Their electricians are extremely professional, friendly, and very qualified. They are neat and conscientious. They also worked well with the propane company doing the propane hook up to the generator. Customer service was also very helpful along the way with any questions I had. Everything went exactly as planned - or better! I highly recommend them if you want to get a generator.

We have had the same technician, Dan, to perform our scheduled routine maintenance on since we installed our new heat pump and oil furnace 2 years ago. Very personable and tidy - and he is very thorough. Im always confident that our system is ready to go until our next visit.

The technicians were great, but they found an incorrect filter. They reported this to the customer service manager. I have not been contacted with information about the replacement of previously bought box of filters, even after numerous calls. Until this is resolved, I will take my business elsewhere.
