Customer not home at time of todays visit, tech restored power to system and monitored operation. Upon startup tech found snake stuck in condensor fan blade. Tech pulled condensor fan motor and removed snake that was causing noise. Tech reinstalled motor and tested, system is no longer making any noises. Tech informed homeowner via phone, billed out house call fee per office. $87.00 plus tax.

Tech performed ESA on 2 systems found air handler in attic not level tech leveled with no issues. Customer stated upstairs system doesn’t keep up when it’s hot outside, tech noticed attic has no door allowing attic air to flow to return. Tech informed customer if he gets a door for attic it will fix issue.

Tech performed ESA on system: tech found no challenges with systems. Tech tested in heating and cooling and system is running properly. Tech used (1) 24x24x1 filter. Homeowner declined UV bulb replacement.
Performed ESA. Upon arrival technician discovered the condensation line was buried. Technician removed line from dirt and cleared it, allowing trapped condensate to leave system. Backed up drain line had caused spillage into blower compartment. Technician removed as much water as possible and sanitized blower housing that had accumulated some bacterial growth from blocked drain line. Technician did not observe any further challenges. Customer left as maintenance was beginning so technician was not able to get in the house to inspect thermostat, change filters, or check delta t. (2) 24x24x1 filters left on side porch with notepad.

FOUND REVERSING VALVE WIRE DISCONNECTED/BROKEN. REPAIRED WIRING SYSTEM BACK UP AND COOLING. INVESTED IN PSA 1 SYSTEM. SCHEDULE 1ST VISIT.
Tech returned to replace ductless condensate pump tech rewired pump and drain tech poured water onto drain pan pump filled up and engaged and pumped out water tech educated customer on benefits and savings of maintenance plan customer invested in monthly premium for both units
Primary float switch was tripped due to it laying on attic floor. Confirmed clear drain and put float switch back into the top of the EZ trap. System is back cooling. Service warranty.
Tech performed CMA full service on 3 split systems. All systems are running properly at this time. Tech has attached system performance reports to this invoice.
Tech arrived and fan compressor not running, upon inspection tech found capacitor blown out, customer offered turbo with 5 years warranty and customer approved, system is now on and working properly at this time.
Performed PTU. Tech found condensate pump for mini split had failed. Tech spoke with office and will get back in contact with homeowner regarding replacing pump. Tech also spoke to homeowner about just running pvc from mini split. Homeowner will decide once we get in contact with him. Homeowner wants to hold off on ESA.
