Tech found the Trane odyssey air handler is heating properly with both heat strips. The AC only system runs the entire back half of the store in the dining area and by the drink coolers. The supply temp is 83 on the system that is heating. This is not adequate to heat the entire store. Tech verified both systems are straight AC. The kitchen system is a heat pump but controls an area separate from the store tech recommends installing at least a 10KW heat kit in the AC only system. Breaker is a 15 and would need to be replaced with a 60, disconnect has the small 30 amp fuses and would need to be replaced with a nonfusible. Electrician would need to update the electrical before installing the heat kit. Tech emailed information to the contact .
Found no issues with system. Heat strip only, found system heating properly upon arrival. Did find other thermostat for heat pump turned off, causing only heat from heat strips on Trane system heating building. Turned other thermostat on. Both systems are heating. Could not reach Penny via phone to inform of findings.

Performed ESA, no issues found at today’s visit. Tech serviced system, system is back on and cooling/heating.
Upon arrival tech was shown the mini split was barely moving any air due to a dirt blower wheel. Tech removed blower wheel and brushed and cleaned it, reinstalled and started system. System began moving more air. System is back operational at this time.
Upon arrival tech began replacing blower motor. Due to homeowner not being home tech jumped G to 24v and observed blower coming on at half capacity, Added Y1 to 24v and compressor and outdoor fan came on also. Tech also had homeowner adjust temp through app nd system ran. Informed homeowner that blower was coming on but to cycle through operations at thermostat to ensure everything comes on. System is back operational at this time.
Upon arrival tech was informed that system outside was running but could not feel any air coming from vents over the weekend so homeowner turned breakers off. Tech turned breakers back on and gave system a call from the thermostat. Found compressor and od fan coming on but not blower motor. Checked for 24v and 240v at motor and it was receiving both which indicates a failed motor. Homeowner approved replacement of motor under warranty. Breaker is left off at disconnect beside unit until motor can be replaced.
Tech washed and serviced unit no challenges found at this time. Replaced a 24x24x1 filter. Unit is cooling with a delta T of 16.
Cycled system found suction pressures slightly low at 120PSI. All components operating properly. Found dining room filters clogged. Replaced filters and monitored pressures. Suction pressure increased to 138PSI and system is now operating within specs with a changeover of 17. Verified compressor contactor is not welding shut. Verified system is draining properly as well. Set thermostats to 70 per request.
