Tech Noah diagnosed and explained issue. Explained all repair options without trying to oversell. Office personnel were easy to reach and flexible when I needed repair appt rescheduled. Same tech returned and fixed the equipment efficiently, ensuring everything worked correctly. Very pleased overall with entire process.

Replaced evaporator coil. Recovered remaining 3lbs 5oz of R410A from system. Removed coil and filter drier, brazed in new coil and drier. New coil sits offset in pan due to new design. Evacuated system and weighed in 7lbs 8oz per factory spec. Upon startup found low pressure switch failing opening and closing without low refrigerant pressure issue. Switch is failing, bypassed switch. Need to call customer with price on replacing sweat on low pressure switch. System is running properly.
Upon arrival tech gave system a call for heat and found only heat strips running due to open low pressure switch. Bypassed switch and found low refrigerant pressures, performed leak search after approval. Located a leak at evaporator coil. Customer not interested in replacing system at this time, call as soon as possible with a quote on evaporator coil repair. System is 13 years old.
Tech found heat strip’s running non stop, tech inspected and found burnt heat strip sequencer and wires, same repair was made last year tech replaced burnt wires and sequencer under warranty, no house call per office.

Tech performed service on Lennox package unit. Customer renewed maintenance plan Delta t is within specification and customer is satisfied with today’s service. Found not other challenges at today visit.
Tech washed and serviced both units and found upstairs unit to have a weak capacitor tech informed customer, customer was not interested a doing anything at this time. Both units are up and running properly at this time.

Ch.brown99@live.com Found the downstairs 2007 downstairs system in need of maintenance, system operated in heat mode, burners do need cleaning, compressor is life span is on the caution level(it could fail any time soon), evaporator coil is corroded and dirty. Blower fan 10mfd capacitor is reading below specs, dual run capacitor is reading way below specs, hard start kit is corroded around the seal. System would need to be cleaned properly for it to operate correctly and also be monitored for proper operation. System replacement is encouraged Upstairs split system- 2007 r22 model. The aftermarket Hard start kit is failed, 30/5 dual run capacitor is reading low, compressor life span if on the bad indicator, compressor is liable to fail anytime soon aftermarket hard start kit was added at some point to help prolong the life of the compressor. Due high repair bills, system replacement is encouraged. Customer wanted a low cost temporary repair until a field supervisor can provide a solutio
Tech serviced dehumidifier and replaced filter tech found condensate pump unlevel tech leveled system out and is now properly draining. Customer would like us to call for next years tune up on dehumidifier.
Tech arrived and performed diagnostics on each part and found stepper motor was not communicating causing system to pump down, tech replaced stepper motor and started system. Tech did not find any further challenges with system operations at this time. Tech did find 20x30x1 filter stopped up and replaced. System is on and operating with good temp turn around at this time. All codes have cleared from thermostat at this time. Tech set thermostat to customers desired temperature and put on permanent hold. Maintenance will need to be completed.
