It was exciting to get my new Carrier heat pump installed by Jackson & Sons. Juan & Shane did the install and were an outstanding team demonstrating great competence, expertise and efficiency. Juan & Shane were both so friendly and courteous and took time to answer all of my questions and made the whole experience awesome. I am pleased with this new system already and I am confident that Jackson & Sons will keep it running perfectly for me.

After quickly sending me an awesome technician Matthew, I also had the great experience of meeting his field supervisor Bryce who came & together they found the best solution for my heat pump issues. FOUND SYSTEM LOW ON CHARGE. LOCATED LEAK WITHIN EVAPORATOR COIL FINS. LEAK FREEZE WAS USED PREVIOUSLY BUT HAS NOT SEALED LEAK. BUILT ESTIMATE FOR WARRANTY COIL REPLACEMENT. SYSTEM IS 8 YEARS OLD, EVEN WITH WARRANTY COSTLY REPAIRS NOT RECOMMENDED. HANDED OVER TO FIELD SUPERVISOR TO PROVIDE SOLUTION.

Emailed proposal and talked with Mrs smith over the phone. Stated she would look over it and call back.
Performed ESA. Homeowner extended ESA. Tech found a leak inside evaporator coil and compressor ohming out in the red. Unit is 17yrs old, homeowner is currently going through a family emergency and just wants a quote for a new system instead of part replacements. Spoke with Gina over the phone and will be contacting homeowner soon.

Tech performed ESA on 1 system found no challenges at today’s visit.
Performed routine maintenance per energy savings agreement. Upon arriving to the air handler, the tech discovered the insulation from the door had come off. Tech reattached insulation as best as possible and used duct tape to secure, hopefully preventing any future air flow challenges. No other issues were found at todays visit. Technician also replaced customer provided dehumidifier filter. Dehumidifier and is working properly at this time and draining off properly as well. No other challenges were present at todays visit. System is heating properly and holding a delta t of 20+ degrees
Tech performed esa. Tech found no challenges at todays visit system is operating properly at this time. Uv bulb is working at this time but has been 1 year since replaced did recommend will need to keep a eye on it sent estimate if it goes out before future visit.
