I can't say enough good about the people I dealt with from start to finish. Mike is awesome to deal with and he gives you the impression from the beginning that he can be trusted. From the time he gave me an estimate of the work needed to his coming and helping David and the crew in the final hours of the installation, I was pleasantly surprised by his "whatever it takes" attitude. David and his crew worked tirelessly to solve every difficulty as it came. I know each installation is different. Each has it's own problems and obstacles and they met them with professionalism and confidence, not head scratching and hand wringing! They were able to complete the project all in one day. This included schooling me in the basic operation of the new Carrier unit. I know I've got a little more to learn about it but if I run into a problem I know Jackson and Sons is only a phone call away, day or night to advise me. By the way, the first night and day of operation went flawlessly.
