This was to complete work that was approved. The techs arrived and explained in detail of what was going to happen. This was time consuming and I knew it would be. during them finishing up to complete the check we had a part fail. They did not hesitate to go get another one and replace it. It was nice to go into the building and have the same temp all the way around. This not only makes me happy but the customers as well. Thanks for a great job!
