My air conditioning stopped on a weekend during some very hot temperatures. I called on Sunday and was greeted by a very nice answering service. The lady told me she would give the message to a technician. Later in the day, I got a call from the technician who had been very busy and told me they could come on Monday. At 7:30 am, on Monday morning, I got another call saying a technician was on the way. I was delighted. He was very neat, good manners and kind, asks a couple of questions. Then checked my system. Found the problem and repaired in a short time. We also discussed their maintenance plan and I signed up immediately for the plan. I was impressed, and would recommend Nick and this company to everyone.! Good people!
