American Home Shield dispatched Jake's plumbing for an issue I reported. They were able to be here the following day. Josh called me and told me he was running ahead and wondered if he could come early! He arrived before the scheduled time, was polite and professional, and resolved the issue. He also gave me quotes for 2 other items for which I inquired. He wore shoe protectors in the house and did not leave a mess.
