Gary is so nice! He comes in says hello and goes to work. When he's done he tells you what's going on with your system, and if you need any repairs, as I did, he explains everything. He Came back and again went to work and fixed the problems so quickly I had the whole day still ahead of me. And I never worry about the quality of work because neither Gary or any other tech from Jake's has done a bad job for me.
