Josh is a great service tech! He addressed the problem with the furnace with us before he got started so we understood the problem and how it would be handled. Also any additional problems he encountered while working on the unit was relayed back to us before he started on them. As a customer being kept in the loop is a big plus, and shows the professionalism of not only the tech but the company he works for. He also discussed the VIP service program which would help keep our heating unit in tip top shape, and hopefully head off any major problems in the future.
