I called about mid day because we had no hot water. They said it could possibly be after hours before they could get to me but then they were actually able to come way before! It was a blessing! I like that you send text messages prior to the visit with the picture and some info on the technician coming, lets us know who to expect! The guys were very respectful polite and professional! They figured out our problem within just maybe 10-15 mins and had hot water back to us in no time! Thank you so much for arriving so quickly! We will now be regular customers with Jakes!
